A team from the female affiliates of the Department of Public Relations and Media headed by the Assistant Director of the Department Dr. Amal bint Mishal Al-Qathamy visited the Vice Deanship of University Studies for Girls Al-`Aziziyyah branch on Tuesday Safar 28, 1440 H  with the aim of discussing the administrative rules of coordination with the department when organizing ceremonies, exhibitions and conferences given that the department is the responsible party for organizing all the university events. 

The team also introduced the tasks of the Department of Public Relations, Media related to the organization of university events, assigned tasks in this regard, and the followed procedures adopted according to the rules and regulations to avoid duplication and contradictions in the field of work.  

Wrapping up the visit, the visiting team extended sincere thanks and appreciation to the Vice Dean of University Studies for Girls at Al-`Aziziyyah Dr. Majedah bint Muhammad Al-Tuwaijery for the cooperation, good reception, and hospitality.
