A group of students from the Computer and Information Sciences Department, accompanied by some of the academic staff, visited the Kahatain Charitable Association for the Care of Orphans in Makkah and implemented 'An Hour of Code' with a group of the association's young girls.
At the end of 'An Hour of Code', the department gave the young programmers a certificate for accomplishing the program tasks, had a celebration for them, and presented gifts to them.
