Under the auspices of His Excellency the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Aly bin Muslih Al-Matrify, His Excellency the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Tawfiq bin Idris Al-Bakry, and His Excellency the Head of the Physical Education Department, Dr. Yusuf bin Atiyyah Al-Thubaity, and within the framework of the "Voluntary Week", some students of the Physical Education Department at the College of Education carried out different voluntary activities. This took place under the supervision of His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Abdul-Samad Al-Khudary, the Associate Professor in the Department. The voluntary work included the distribution of more than 40 bags full of items suitable for winter to scholarship students, and more than 600 Miswaks (tooth-cleaning sticks) to the University students and employees. Under the slogan "Your Breakfast is Healthy with Us", more than 500 breakfast meals, fresh fruit, and juices have been distributed at the University gates. In addition, more than 120 T-shirts have been distributed to the University's cleaners.

As part of the initiatives launched by the University to preserve a healthy environment, the voluntary students participated in cleaning the academic premises, starting from the College of Education and finishing at the College of Engineering. The voluntary work concluded with the distribution of more than 15 food baskets to the University's security and safety guards.
