The UQU President Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail will launch tomorrow Monday Dhul-Hijjah 30, 1439 H the orientation meeting for the graduate students for the academic year 1439/1440 H amounting to 1250 male and female students. The meeting will take place at King Abdulaziz Historical Hall in Abdyia and will be transmitted via the closed TV circuit at Al-Jawhara Hall in Al-Zahir campus.  

On this occasion, the Dean of Graduate Studies Dr. Saeed Al-Harthi praised the keenness and attention paid by the UQU President to the activities and events of the Deanship in such manner which will contribute to upgrading the programs offered at the Ph.D., MSc, and Higher Diploma levels. He said the meeting would be convened for about 1250 male and female students for the academic year 1439/1440 H  and is intended to introduce the laws and regulations of the graduate studies programs in the university.

He added that during the meeting, direction bag will be handed out to graduate students including; calendar, a guide to academic procedures and the method of communication with the Deanship of Graduate Students and the relevant colleges. He then lauded the efforts exerted by all the staff of the Deanship to come out with a meeting, which will contribute to serving the graduate students.
