UQU President: Al-Ordyat University College Females Section to be Launched with the Beginning of the Second Semester

The President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) Prof. Abdullah Omar Bafail has announced that Al-Ordyat University College, females section, will be launched at the beginning of the second semester of the academic year 1439/1440 H. 
 


This came during his meeting with the Governor of Al-Ordyat province Mr. Ali bin Yousef Al-Sharif and the members of the local council in the province. The UQU Vice President for Branches Dr. Abdul-Majid bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi and the Advisor to the UQU President, the Supervisor General of the Projects Department Dr. Mohamed bin Wasil Al-Hazmi, attended the meeting. The meeting took place at the president's office at the university campus in Abdyia.  
 


At the commencement of the meeting, Dr. Abdullah Bafail welcomed Al-Ordyat Governor Mr. Ali Al-Sharif and the members of the local council of the province. He congratulated them on opening Al-Ordyat University College, females section with the beginning of the second semester of the academic year 1439/1440 H that will be the seed of the university education in the province so as to meet the desires and aspirations of the people of the province through its quality specializations set in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.  


 
He then lauded the support attached by the wise leadership to the educational and research process at the university main campus in Makkah and its branches at Jamoum, Al-Lith, Al-Qunfudhah, and Adhm provinces. He also praised the keenness of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques who serves also as the Emir of Makkah HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal and his deputy HRH Prince Abdullah bin Bandar in localizing the education in the region's provinces, praising also the support of the Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed bin Mohamed Al-Issa.
