A delegation from the Call Center at UQU has paid a visit to the Beneficiary Care Center at the Education Ministry to discuss cooperation between the two entities. They were received by the Beneficiary Care Center’s Supervisor, Abdulaziz bin Mansour Al-Oseimy and members of the center. The University’s delegation was represented by the Manager of the Call Center, Dr. Talal bin Ali Al-Abadli and Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Hameed, in addition to Hanaa Awad Al-Jouid from the girls’ call center unit.
During the visit, the delegation examined the empowering mechanisms of the services of the Beneficiary Care Center at the Ministry of Education within the University as well as the center’s services for both its employees and beneficiaries and the work mechanisms in it.
For his part, the Head of the Call Center at UQU thanked the Manager of the Beneficiary Care Center and all the workers at the Center, wishing everyone success. He also praised the support and directives of the UQU President, Dr. Abdullah Bafail, and the University Vice President, Dr. Yasser Soliman Shosho, in order to develop the work of the center and offer the best services to the university staff.
At the end of the visit, the head of the Call Center gave souvenirs to the General Supervisor of the Beneficiary Care Center, Abdulaziz bin Mansour Al-OSeimy, the Supervisor of the Development and Business Unit and Abdulaziz bin Mohamed Al-Falih. He also gave souvenirs to Ahmed bin Taher Al-Somaili and Abdullah bin Omar Al-Hussein from the Bodies’ Affairs Unit, in addition to Soad Khalial Al-Arnous, the Supervisor of the girls department at the Center.
