UQU -represented in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research- has participated in the activities of the Saudi Cultural House recently held on the island of Pulau Papua in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, through which the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee and the General Authority for Culture aimed to introduce the Indonesian people to the Saudi culture and reflect the real Saudi cultural scene and its progress in all fields.
The fair included several pavilions. They included the pavilion of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Arabic Calligraphy pavilion, the Visual Arts pavilion, the Saudi Kitchen pavilion, the Zamzam Water pavilion, the Saudi Dates pavilion, the Folkloric Arts and Musical Shows pavilion and the Henna Pavilion, held under the supervision of the General Authority for Culture. There was also the Arab Saudi Olympic Games pavilion.
The participating delegation from the university included the supervisor of the Legal Department and the Head of the Achievement and Rapid Intervention Center, Dr. Hamdan Al-Ghamdi, Hossam Obaid, in addition to Omar Al-Daadi.
