The members of UQU Strategic Team of Empowerment Plan "Tamkeen 2023" reviewed efforts made by the UQU vice Presidencies, College vice Deanships, supportive deanships, research centers, departments and others in achieving the National Transformation Program 2020 and the Kingdom Vision 2030. This came during the third meeting held by the team members at the university campus in Abdyia.

 
The team members discussed a number of topics included on the meeting agenda represented by the self-study of the university's institutional accreditation, the university project in Afaaq plan supervised by the Ministry of Education besides the visual identity of the Tamkeen 2023 plan. The team endeavored to review the positives and points of strengths, which will ensure the highest quality of the plan and achieve the aspirations, objectives, and indicators of the Kingdom Vision program at the local and international levels. 

Further, the team members also discussed the contents of the strategic workshops based on the brainstorming meetings held recently on the ground to become a unique and international model. The members agreed to carry out several tasks to be discussed at the coming meeting.

It should be mentioned here that Tamkeen Plan 2023 enjoys the support and keenness of the UQU President Prof. Abdullah Bafail and direct supervision of the UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship Dr. Hani bin Osman Ghazi. Its membership includes a number of experts and specialists in strategic planning and all relevant fields.
