UQU President Prof. Abdullah Omar Bafail will launch tomorrow Tuesday Dhul-Qe' dah 25, 1439 H corresponding to August 7, 2018, the annual researchers meeting for this year's Hajj season organized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research at the university campus in Azizia. The meeting is designed to review the studies and researches to be conducted by the Institute during this year's Hajj season amounted to about 42 studies and programs.
Meanwhile, the Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research Dr. Sami bin Yassin Barhamain valued the attention paid by the UQU President Prof. Bafail to all the activities and programs of the Institute. He revealed that the Institute will conduct 42 studies and programs during this Hajj season in Makkah and Madinah in the administrative, humanitarian, environmental, health, urban, engineering, media, and information technology fields.
He went on to add that 88 main researchers, participants, and assistants in addition to 350 students are preparing these studies. He said that these studies are reckoned research projects and various programs to be carried out by the Institute on annual basis during the Hajj seasons to come out with programs and studies, which will contribute to serving the system of Hajj and Umrah.
