Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Institutes Participates within the Arbitrators and Mentors of Hajj Hackathon

The Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research joined the arbitrators and mentors team within the Hajj Hackathon organized in Jeddah by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones from Dhul-Qe'dah 20 to 22, 1439 H.  

 

The Hajj Hackathon is the first at the level of the Middle East and North Africa and the biggest in the field of Hajj. It has set Genius world records title as the biggest Hackathon at the global level to gather programmers and designers from more than 50 countries around the world. 

 

This unique event witnessed participation of the Vice-Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Studies, in Al-Madinah Dr. Ahmed bin Hatem Qadi, the Head of the Environmental Research Department in the Institute Dr. Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Sobaie, the Head of the Research and Media Affairs Department in the Institute Dr. Osman bin Bakr Gazaz, the Advisor to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for Information Technology Affairs and member of the Advanced Technologies Department in the Institute Dr. Mazin bin Ibrahim Al-Shamarani and the Institute's Advisor for Quality Dr. Anas bn Siraj Dabloul.  

 

The institute's representatives participated within the mentors and arbitrators of Hajj Hackathon in the fields of Hajj, Umrah, Technology, and Business based on the nomination of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones.

 
The Institute's team expressed appreciation for the great efforts exerted by the Kingdom to make this technical gathering a success thus reflecting the significant attention paid by the wise leadership to continue upgrading all services provided for the pilgrims since their arrival to the kingdom until performing their rituals and leaving the Kingdom.
