Stemming from the voluntary work series by students of the Physical Education Department at Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), a voluntary service entitled "Gift for Pilgrims" was implemented on 20^th Dhulqe’da 1439H.  This included welcoming pilgrims at the Grand Mosque in Makkah by distributing more than (160) prayer rugs among them. It is worth mentioning that the activity was supervised by Dr. Sultan bin Abdussamad Al-Khodary, Associate Professor at the PE Department.
