Dr. Abdullah bin Omar BaFail, the President of Umm Al-Qura University, received Mr. Omran Al-Zaharany, the Governor of Jamoum, at his office. During the visit, both sides discussed the ways of collaboration between the University and the government and the means of support of the educational path in the government through the Jamoum University College. This is in addition to discussing the means of activating the community partnership between the University and the society for the social development in the government.
The UQU President highlighted that the University gives due concern to all its branches and colleges and exerts effort to serve all its branches and meet their needs, in consistency with the job market requirements and in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030. He added that the Jamoum University College offers a number of specialties that are needed in the government.
At the end of the meeting, the Jamoum Governor thanked Dr. BaFail for his limitless support for the college and highlighted that they are happy to cooperate and deal with the University and its leadership. He then lauded the efforts being exerted by the administration of Jamoum University College and the people in charge to serve the educational path in the government.
