Umm Al-Qura University’s Deanship of Admissions and Registration closes the submission of applications for admission and selection of specializations on Saturday 16 Shawwal 1439 AH that has been made available during the period from 12-16/10/ 1439 AH, pointing out that it is considered one of the most important stages of admission on which the students are accepted according to their study wishes.

Dr. Hashem bin Ahmed Al-Samadani, dean of Admission and Registration Deanship, said that the results of those selected to study in the university in all its “regular” programs will be announced on the e-Admission Portal during 2-3\11\1439. He added that before that period there will be exams and interviews for the departments setting conditions. They will be during the period from 17-28\10\1439 AH.  Al-Samadani pointed out that there are colleges requiring exams for its departments, such as the full memorization of the Holy Quran in the College of Dawa and Fundamentals of Religion for those applying to the Readings Department; the College of Education requires exams for those applying to the Department of Physical Education, Kindergarten Department and Educational Preparation.

Among the colleges require exams for the programs, he added, are the College of Shari’ah and Islamic Studies for applicants to the Department of Sharia, and the College of Judicial Studies and Regulations for applicants to the Department of Judicial Studies; pointing out that the date and venue of conducting exams and interviews are announced on the university's website. He mentioned that when the tests of these departments are not passed, applicants are accepted to the next study wish according to the electronic selection.

On the other hand, UQU’s College of Education announced the dates and venues of admission exams for applicants in the departments of Physical Education and Kindergartens. The exam and interview will be held on Monday, 18/10/1439 AH, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at Building J in Hall 105 at the university's headquarters in Al-Zaher.

The College of Education announced that there will be tests for the applicants to the Department of Physical Education next Wednesday and Thursday, 20-21/10/1439. The physical strength test will be conducted from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the gymnasium in the university city of Al-Abedya. The practical tests will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the stadium in the university city of Al- Abedya.
