Student Heba Farhan Al-Ruwaily will defend her Phd thesis at the girls section on Thursday noon, Ramadan 9, 1439H, under the title of: “Proposed Scenario for the Development of Administrative Performance of the Saudi Emerging Universities’ Leaders in Light of Knowledge Economy Requisites”.

The discussion panel will include Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Ahmed Al-Zaharany, he Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Planning, as a Rapporteur; Dr. Gharby bin Marjy Al-Shemary, Professor of Educational Administration and Planning and the Dean of the College of Education at Al Jouf University, as an External Member; and Turkey bin Kademes Al-Otaibi, the Professor and the Head of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning in the UQU, as an Internal Member.
