The UQU President, Professor Abdullah Omar Bafail, has taken 13 administrative decisions. These decisions stipulated;
1- Designating Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan bin Yahiya Lal Al-Hindi as the Vice Dean of the College Of Computer and Information Systems for Educational Affairs and Development for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H in addition to his work as the Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studies for Development;
2- Designating Dr. Faisal bin Ateeq bin Ali Al-Malki as the Vice Dean of College of Pharmacy for Hospitals Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
3- Designating Dr. Ahmed bin Mohamed bin Ahmed Hamid as the Vice Dean of e-Learning and Distance Education for Technical Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
4- Designating Prof. Abdul-Wahab bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Risini as the Director of Islamic Tenanting Research Center at the Deanship of Scientific Research for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
5- Designating Dr. Mastour bin Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Faqih as the Head of Physical Education Department at Al-Qunfudhah University College for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
6- Designating Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ghonaim Al-Ghamdi as the Head of Aqidah Department in the College of D'awa and Islamic Theology for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
7- Designating Dr. Abdullah bin Mohamed Ali Haydar Ali as the acting Head of History Department in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies for a tenure of six months as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
8- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Mona bint Ali bin Saif Al-Yamani as the Vice Dean of Community College in Makkah, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Sha'ban 13, 1439 H;
9- Designating Dr. Alaa bint Khalil bin Refaat Khalil Monjid as the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Hospital Affairs, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H in addition to her work as the Head of the Internal Medicine Department in the college;
10- Designating Dr. Sarah bint Ahmed bin Attiatullah Al-Sharif as the Vice Dean of the College of Computer and Information Systems, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
11- Designating Dr. Amal bint Faraj bin Saleh Al-Otaibi as the Head of Clinical Pharmacy Department in the College of Pharmacy, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
12- Designating Mrs. Manal bin Saeed bin Salman Al-Shihri as the acting Deputy Head of Marketing Department in the College of Business Administration, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
13- Designating Mrs. Malak bint Abdul-Aziz bin Ali Mlibari as the acting Deputy Head of Business Administration Department in the College of Business Administration, females section for a tenure of six months as of Sha'ban 21, 1439 H;
