The University College in Al-Lith organized the Graduation and Student Activity Conclusion ceremonies for the academic year 1438/1439H at the Sports Hall in the (B) Building. The event was attended by Dr. Iman Al-Leheiby (the Vice-Dean), the College’s staff members and employees, as well as the graduates’ mothers.
The event started with a Quranic recitation followed by the march of 456 graduates from the College’s various scientific and theoretical departments. Upon this, Dr. Iman Al-Leheiby congratulated the graduates for this year, wishing them guidance and success in their own future career. She also appreciated the support and guidance by Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Maleky, Dean of the College, which contributed to provide the appropriate practical and educational environment. She also hailed his concern with the development of the programs offered at the College in correspondence with the Saudi Vision 2030 and for the service of Al-Lith sons and daughters.
In turn, the graduate students’ speech was given by Student/ Jawhara bint Fawwaz Al-Maleky. She explained that they would work in the coming period to serve their country with their educational skills and sciences that were in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 and achieved their own ambitions. Moreover, she appreciated the College’s unending concern with the provision of the appropriate educational environment.
This was followed by the operetta entitled, “Al-Oroub Al-Khadraa.” Then, Ms. Dalal Al-Daady, Activities Supervisor at the College, gave her speech in which she confirmed the significance of the role played by student activities in the university community. She also pointed out that the programs implemented by the College’s Vice-Deanship (Girls Section) during the academic year 1438/1439H amounted to about 85 programs that contributed to refining and developing the talents and skills of students. Following the speech, the "Ihsan" section included honoring a group of the College’s affiliates who presented distinctive programs and works during the academic year.
Afterwards, the College’s 85 excellent students from the various scientific and theoretical departments, the staff members, as well as the participating students in the activities were honored.
