Department of Summer Training at the College of Engineering held a student meeting titled: "Pilot Lecture of Summer Training". The lecture was delivered by the Head of Construction Engineering Department Eng. Ibrahim Al-Moree. The lecture took place at the theatre of the university college and was attended by a large number of students who will join the next summer training for the academic year 1438/1439 H.

The meeting was opened by the College Vice Dean for Training and Industrial Relations and the Head of the Industrial Engineering Department Dr. Obaid Al-Hadretti who welcomed the students and attendees led by the College Vice Dean Dr. Alawi Ba-Mahdi. He also extended his thanks to the Head of Construction Engineering Department Eng. Ibrahim Al-Moree for the lecture and for his academic and practical expertise which will benefit students wishing them a successful training program.   

The lecture tackled several themes and points including; the importance of summer training for the engineering student, the optimal exploitation the training course in such manner which will have benefits on their scientific and practical life. The lecturer also tackled the organizing regulation of the summer training and how to write reports and assess them by the supervisory bodies in addition to other themes of concern to students.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the students were given the opportunity to raise questions which were answered by Dr. Obaid Al-Hadretti and Eng. Ibrahim Al-Moree.
