The Deanship of Admission and Registration has called upon all students expected to graduate in summer season 1436-1437H to swiftly update their data, by ensuring that their Arabic name matches their name in the National ID, and their English name matches that in their passports so that documents would be printed out smoothly and appropriately. The Deanship noted that documents shall not be modified during the document distribution period.
It has requested students to follow the below steps to edit, modify or update their details:
- Log into the website;
- Go to your profile;
- Edit;
- You see your full details;
- Edit, and press "Save".

Note: All students are requested to bring with them the original copy of their clearance form and the university ID card to receive documents.
