Consulting Research and Studies Institute Signs Two Contracts with a Think Tank Office

Consulting Research and Studies Institute signed two consultancy contracts with El-Bir for Consulting Studies and Humanitarian Works. The contracts were signed by the Dean of the Institute Dr. Ali bin Mohamed Al-Shaari and Dr. Khalid Al-Barqawi from the institute and the think tank office respectively during the introductory meeting of the think tank offices organized by the institute in the graىd hall at Abdyia university campus for males and via the closed circuit television from Al-Jafali hall in the female section for females. The introductory meeting was attended by the Dean and Vice Deans of the Institute and the male and female owners of the think tank offices.

 
 
After initiating the ceremony with a Quranic recitation, Dr. Al-Shaari, delivered an address saying that the Institute of Consulting Research and Studies is the contractual body and center of business for all units of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) in such a manner which ensures the university's contribution to activating a knowledge-based economy in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership by such means of harnessing the university human, material and knowledge potentials to achieve this desired goal. He added the Institute is working together with the Think Tank Offices to consolidate this role through its raised slogan of (distinctive transfer of knowledge) to make this national goal a reality for the benefit of the country and the citizen. 
 
Further, Dr. Al-Shaari said such introductory meetings organized regularly by the institute are very important to explain its national objectives besides its consulting financial and administrative services provided directly or indirectly. 
 
Over and above, he said that the Institute is dealing currently with more than 122 think tank offices in different scientific specializations, and has signed five contracts this year including the two contracts signed today with El-Bir office and three others with different offices. He said that the Institute has added (consultant on demand) service  to the package of his other services provided in different fields.  
 
After that, a number of owners of the Think Tank offices provided presentations of the services they offer to the different segments of the community. 
 
For his part, the Institute's Vice Dean Dr. Raed Shalwala provided an overview about the vision of the vice-deanship and the Think Tank offices for the year 2015. Following his speech appreciation certificates were handed out to the outstanding offices.
