In the presence of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Ahmed Bablgith, the Pharmacy Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs in UQU held the second session of the event titled “Not Just A Pharmacist” at King Abdullah Medical City.  

At the beginning of the event, the representative of the Western Region Pharmacists Club, Mohamed Al-Ghanmi, talked about the Saudi Pharmaceutical Society, its role, and how pharmacists can benefit from it. The event included many lectures on the importance of pharmacists in their communities and the skills through which they can benefit from their experiences in various fields.

The event also included launching the fourth issue of the Pharmacy Club magazine, in addition to seminars about the creations of pharmacists, and pharmacists who work in multiple fields. Additionally, “Pharmaceutical Creativity” fair was held, and it contained several corners, including one for the Pharmacy magazine, and the winning movie of the “Aware” award, in addition to a corner for painting and creativity, alongside with a corner for “Ghiabet” novel and another for writing and handcrafts.

As the seminar came to a close, guests of honor, speakers and sponsors were all honored by the Dean, Dr. Bablgith.
