Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abduladhim Uwais, Professor of Public Health and Head of the Medical Emergency Services Department at the College of Health Sciences in Al-Qunfudha, presented a workshop on “Health Education Skills.” The workshop, which was organized by the Department of School Health Affairs at Al-Qunfudha Education Directorate, was held on Sunday, 1^st Rajab 1439H (18^th March 2018).

The workshop was attended by the Head of, and all the educational supervisors at, the Department of School Health Affairs.

At the end of the event, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Ulwany, Assistant Head of School Affairs, honored Prof. Dr. Ashraf Uwais with a certificate of appreciation and the attendees with participation certificates.   

It is worth mentioning that this workshop was held within the framework of the existing partnership between the College of Health Sciences in Al-Qunfudha and Al-Qunfudha Education Directorate, which was represented by the Department of School Health Affairs.  The partnership was aimed to be activated to achieve the chief objectives of community service and to develop the skills of specialists in such vital domain.
