Umm Al-Qura University’s Scientific Research Deanship received a delegation from (Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) in Malaysia on Tuesday, 11-6-1439 AH. The delegation included Dr. Mohammed Shaher, vice president of Petronas University for Research and Innovation, and Dr. Khiril bin Ismail, dean of Creativity in Petronas University.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdelrahman bin Ghaleb Al-Ahdal, dean of Scientific Research Deanship; Dr. Mowffaq bin Mohamed Oreijah, dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute; and Dr. Talal bin Ali  Mothana, vice dean of Students Affairs Deanship.

The possible ways of cooperation between the two great universities in fields of scientific research and innovation and their activation methods had been discussed during the meeting
