The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.
The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:
1- Designating Prof. Afnan bint Mohamed bin Abdul-Majeed Tilmisani as the acting Deputy Director of the Islamic Studies Research Center in the Deanship of Scientific Research, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Awal 15, 1439 H;
2- Designating Dr. Noura bint Saleh bin Shams Farouqi as the acting Deputy Director of the Engineering and Architectural Research Center in the Deanship of Scientific Research, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Jumadal Al-Awal 5, 1439 H;
3- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Jamila bint Mohamed Makki Abdullah Salti as the Deputy Head of the Diplomas Department in the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Safar 17, 1439 H in addition to her work as the College Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, females section;
4- Renewing the mandate of Mrs. Ameera bint Fuad bin Abdul-Khaliq Digna as the Deputy Head of the Engineering Sciences and Computer in Makkah Community College, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Rabi Al-Thani 15, 1439 H;
5- Designating Mrs. Jawahir bint Falah bint Otaibi Al-Otaibi as the Deputy Head of the Tourism and Hospitality Department in the College of Business Administration, females section, for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Awal 14, 1439 H;
The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
