          Place of sale of RFP/ Umm Al-Qura University, Aziziyah campus - Tenders Division at the Purchasing and Bidding Department, General Management Building - Second Floor.

          For the purchase of the RFP, the representative of the (company/ organization) shall be a Saudi citizen and bring the following:

1. Letter from (company/ organization) asking for purchasing or delegating the representative to purchase.
2. Certificates and papers (company/ organization) (trade register (with the required activity mentioned) - Zakat and Income - Social Insurance - Chamber of Commerce certificate - Saudization certificate) all must be valid.

          Envelopes Opening and biddings place:

          Umm Al-Qura University, Aziziyah campus - Tenders Division at the Purchasing and Bidding Department - General Management Building - Second Floor. To attend the Envelopes Opening Committee, the representative shall be a Saudi citizen and bring a delegation letter from the company/ organization.
