Dr. Jabir bin Saeed Al-Zahrani, dean of Al-Qunfudhah College of Engineering, and Dr. Ali al-Shaeri, Dean of Consultative Research and Studies Institute at UQU, paid a visit to the Education Department in Al-Qunfudhah, on Tuesday 15-4-1439 AH. They were received by Dr. Mohammed Al-Zahmi, Head of Education Department in Al-Qunfundhah.  

The aim of the visit was to sign an agreement between the College of Engineering and Education Department with regard to field visits, training the college’s students, offering training courses to the department’s engineers, and activating the college’s labs to serve the projects of the engineering department.
Dr. Jabir and Dr. Ali al-Shaeri were accompanied by Dr. Raed Shalwala, the institute’s vice-dean; Dr. Alawi Ba-Mahdi, vice-dean of the Engineering College; Dr. Abdullah Al-Zaharni, vice-dean of the College of Computers; Dr. Obaid Al-Hadreeti, vice-dean of the Engineering College for Training and Industrial Relations; and Eng. Ahmed Eissa Aal Azab.

At the end of their visit, Dr. Jabir and Dr. Ali al-Shaeri expressed thanks for the good reception and cooperation between Al-Qunfudhah College of Engineering and the Education Department in Al-Qunfudhah, in order to service the province and enhance the principle of cooperation and integrity between the governmental bodies.
