The Deanship of Admission and Registration is pleased to congratulate bachelor and diploma graduates of Umm Al-Qura University for the second semester 1436-1437H. Please be advised that the graduation documents would be handed out as of Tuesday, Shaaban 24, 1437H for boys and Wednesday, Shaaban 25, 1437H for girls according to the below table:

• For boys who are not mentioned in the table above, King Saud's Chamber in Al-Abdiyah would start handing out documents from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every day. Students shall provide a clearance form.
• For girls who are not mentioned in the table above, the Deanship of Admission and Registration in King Saud's Chamber in Al-Zaher, Building D would start handing out documents from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every day. Students shall provide a clearance form.

Note: All students are requested to bring with them the original copy of their clearance form and the university ID card to receive documents.
