Dr. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, Vice-Dean of the College of Education, opened the first session of the Special Education Department Council on Wednesday 21^st Dhulhijjah 1438H.

The session started with praising Allah, then thanking the Department for the distinctive efforts in the past years. The session also included the motivation of the Department affiliates to exert more effort and show more excellence.
