President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas met at his office today Wednesday Rabi Al-Awal 25, 1439 H with the Director General of Saudi Post in Makkah Mr. Hassan bin Saad Al-Harthi, Director of Marketing and Sales Mr. Raed Fuad Saleem, Director of Holy Capital Post Mr. Amar Ibrahim Sabiq and Director of Services Centers Mr. Yassir Wazzan. The meeting was attended by UQU Vice President for Branches Dr. Abdul-Majeed Al-Ghamdi.
At the commencement of the meeting, Dr. Assas welcomed the members and affiliates of the Saudi Post praising the role undertaken by the Saudi Post in serving the community including the e-services. He also welcomed boosting cooperation with the Saudi Post and activating all services related to it inside the university.
For his part, the Director General of Saudi Post in Makkah Mr. Al-Harthi said they endeavor to activate national address of faculty members, and students housing at UQU and provide the best services for the affiliates of the university. He also expressed his thanks to the UQU President Dr. Assas for the warm welcome and reviewed the services provided by the Saudi Post to the community in several fields including; the modern technical services.
