The Department of English is pleased to announce the publication of a research paper titled Competing grammars: The acquisition of English negation by a child L1 Arabic speaker by Dr. Abdulaziz Hasan Zaid Al-Najmi, Assistant Professor of Linguistics at the department. The paper was published in the journal System, published by Elsevier, in July 2026.
