The Department of English is pleased to announce the publication of a research paper titled Variation in the Use of Interdentals in the Taif Arabic Dialect: The Impact of Spatiality and Neighbourhood by Dr. Kholood Abdullah Ayesh Al-Thubaiti, Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics at the department, as a co-researcher, in collaboration with Dr. Najla Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Professor of Linguistics and Sociolinguistics at the Department of Foreign Languages, College of Arts, Taif University, as the principal investigator. The research was published in the Journal of Arabic Sciences and Humanities, published by Elsevier, on July 25, 2026.
