Under Sponsorship of UQU President Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas, the Public Relations and Media Department in collaboration with the National Committee for Narcotics Control (NCNC) organized the awareness exhibition about the Harmful Effects of Narcotics and Methods of Control on Monday Rabi Al-Awal 9, 1439 H at King Abdul-Aziz Supportive Hall in the University Campus in Abdyia.
On this occasion, the Director General of Public Relations and Media Department Mr. Khalid bin Jamil Morsi said this awareness exhibition comes as part of the social responsibility of department to educate the surrounding community on the scourge of narcotics and its disastrous consequences.
He explained that the exhibition which will witness participation of the National Committee for Narcotics Control (NCNC) includes a visual presentation on the harmful effects of narcotics on human health. He lauded the sponsorship of UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas and his support for such awareness activities which prevent university students and help them avoiding bad companions.
