A delegation including faculty members from the Department of Public Health at Al-Qunfudhah College of Health Sciences led by Dr. Asharf Abdul-Azim the professor of Public and Professional Health in the college, Dr. Mahdi bin Hussein Mahdi Al-Sogor the Assistant Professor of Pharmacology in the college, paid a visit to Al-Lith Health Sciences College. They were received by the College Dean Dr. Tariq bin Abdullah Ahmed Zhafer, the Head of Public Health Department Dr. Falih bin Saud Al-Yazeedi and Dr. Mohamed Al-Awad Assistant Professor of Public Health.    

The visit of the delegation aimed at meeting the faculty members and discuss ways of benefiting from their expertise in adopting curricula and study plans and discuss study courses, needed labs preparations in order to activate Al-Qunfudhah Department of Public Health.   

The visit was fruitful whereas the Dean of the College and Head of Public Health Department and Faculty Members at Al-Lith expressed their readiness to cooperate and provide what is necessary to activate the Department and they also expressed their willingness for partnership in community activities undertaken by the department of public health to promote citizens' health and awareness and their sound health practices.
