As per the directions of Dr. Sultan Albogami, the Dean of the College of Business Administration, the College's Vice Deanship for Educational Affaires launched a series of training courses, through the Student Training Unit, to develop the college's students. The first course was titled "Strategic Administration.. Keys to Success".

The training was given by Dr. Yousry Nabil, the Assistant Professor and Supervisor of the Student Training Unit, on Tuesday, Safar 11, 1439H, at the Active Learning Hall at the College of Business Administration. During the course, 33 participants were trained to create their own interim strategic five-year goals, operational objectives and implementation plans for each objective.

The following training courses were announced to be given in the coming period, including Time Management; How to Run Your Work Successfully; Field Training (Perspectives and Opportunities); Statistical Analysis by Using Software; and Work Pressure Management.
