The Consulting Research and Studies Institute represented by the Information Technology Unit for Consultancy and Training launched the first professional training course titled: "Information Security", on Monday Safar 24, 1439 H. The course was presented by the Head of Computer Engineering Department, the Supervisor General of Information Technology Unit the Trainer Dr. Ayman Al-Rihaili. The course will last for three days and will include application on computer devices. This specialized course provided for 23 trainees will include also several sides such as physical security, wireless networks security, mobile devices security and other important topics.
On this occasion, the Dean of Consulting Research and Studies Institute Dr. Ali bin Mohamed Al-Shaari said the Information Technology Unit for Consultancy and Training endeavors in its first steps to provide what serves all relevant community sectors according to an integrated human system, and it will continue to serve the nation based on dedicated vision of a prosperous economy, vigorous community and ambitious country.
At the conclusion, he extended his thanks to the President of Umm Al-Qura University for his boundless support provided for all the activities of the Institute.
