As part of the ongoing accreditation process, the Department of Tourism and Hospitality at Umm Al-Qura University welcomed Dr. Abdullah Salah Al-Oufi, representing the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), as part of the procedures for applying for local accreditation.
During the visit, a comprehensive tour was organized for Dr. Al-Oufi, which included the College of Business and Economics building, Wadi Makkah Company, the facilities of the Hotel and Tourism Operations Simulation Center project, the computer lab used for teaching in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, Institute of Consulting Resesrch and Studies, Deanship of Students Affairs, as well as the department’s dedicated teaching facilities.
This visit comes as part of the department's efforts to obtain its second academic accreditation from the NCAAA, following its successful achievement of European accreditation from the EURHODIP.
