On October 16, 2024, Umm Al-Qura University, Department of Tourism and Hospitality 's students participated in the 'Careers at Hilton' event hosted by Hilton Makkah jabal Omar Hotels. Students were supervised by Dr. Bayan Monshi (Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality). The visit aimed to get students engaged with the most updated trends the hospitality industry through series of interactive activities and listening to hospitality leaders.

11:15 AM - 1:30 PM: Department Booth Tour: The
Students visited different booths to listen and interact with key hotel operations, engaging in interactive activities with department leaders to gain hands-on experience in hospitality management.
1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Gift Distribution and Group Photo.
