The Tourism and Hospitality Department believs in the importance of community service to contribute in achieving the College of Business and Economics strategy. On Thursday May 16th, 2024, Prof. Yousery Nabil M. K. Elsayed delivered a training workshop to Alshohada Hotel in Makkah Almukrammah to launch a series of training workshops to support hotels in their efforts to develop reservations and revenue management strategies. The workshop focused on identifying various methods to enable hotels to stand with travel intermediaries for making optimised revenues and to achieve further better financial performance results.
