Believing in the role of the continuous cooperation between the industry and the university, the Department of Tourism and Hospitality at Umm Al-Qura University has developed follow-up mechanisms with hotels to overcome obstacles facing male and female students and maximize the scientific benefits of training for students. The Head of the Department, Dr. Fatima AlMaghrabi, visited the Time Ruba Hotel & Suites with representatives from the department on May 6th, 2024. Meetings were held with the hotel leaders to discuss further cooperation and to develop existing key performance indicators. The department's male and female students were visited to monitor the job training. The head of the department and representatives listened and spoke to students to guide and provide recommendations for them to increase their scientific and professional benefits from their training.
