The Deanship of Scientific Research launched training courses under "Scientific Research Consultant" program. The first training course was Dr. Mohamed Fawzy Ramadan Hasanin course entitled " International Scientific Publishing -  Specialized Receptacles". The course was initiated with a speech by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Ahdal, Dean of Scientific Research where he welcomed the attendees and talked briefly about the initiative of developing skills supported by the National Transformation Program launched by the University President las week. Afterwards, Dean of Scientific Research for Quality gave a speech highlighting the importance of "Consultant" program and the targeted category.     
The presentation of Dr. Mohamed Hasanin shed light on the status of the international publishing in Saudi Arabia and the development of international publishing in Umm Al-Qura University over the past years, and the ways to select the appropriate periodicals for publishing, in addition to scientific publishing ethics in international periodicals.   Then, he received questions from the attendees.

It is worth mentioning that the courses conducted at the Scientific research Deanship in Al-Abdiyah has been associated with the female students campus in Al Zahir, and the female students campus in the College of Medicine in Al-Abdiyah to facilitate attendance for the attendees and to save time and effort.
