Dr. Sahl bin Abdullah Waheeb, Vice-Dean of the Institute of Research and Consultation Studies for Professional Accreditation Support Center, signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) on Monday, 26th Muharram 1439H at the Jeddah-based SCE headquarters. It is noteworthy that the agreement is in the domain of Engineering Training.
The agreement aims to provide eleven engineering specialization courses in the various regions of KSA for freshly-graduated engineers. It also aims to discuss and activate future cooperation between the Institute and SCE in the summer training and external courses.
Following the signing of the agreement, Dr. Sahl Waheeb extended deep thanks and gratitude to the SCE members for their hospitality and cooperation which contributed to the advancement of development to keep pace with KSA Vision 2030. He also pointed out to the support and concern by both Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), and Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Shaeri, Dean of the Institute of Research and Consultation Studies. Moreover, he thanked them for their continued follow-up and continuous concern for the advancement of society and students.
On the other hand, the event was attended by Eng. Hosam Faqiha, General Supervisor of the Engineering Development and Training Unit, and Eng. Muhammad Al-Damanhoury, the Administrative Supervisor at the Unit.
