The Universities Training Program for the academic year 1438/1439 AH was launched yesterday, Monday, Muharram 26, 1439 AH. The program is implemented by the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in cooperation with UQU Administrative Development Unit, for the affiliates of government bodies in Makkah Region. As a start, a training course entitled “Preparation of Correspondences” has been carried out for 25 trainees in the training hall in the university town in Al-Abdeyya. The program will continue this semester for 13 weeks.
UQU Vice President Dr. Yasser bin Suleiman Shushu evaluated such fruitful cooperation mechanism together with IPA in order to implement this program in cooperation with them for the employees of government bodies in Makkah Region. He pointed out that UQU provided a number of smart classes that were equipped up to the latest technical specifications, in compliance with the international standards for training.
Dr. Shushu explained that this cooperation through which the IPA training programs are being organized for the first time at the level of Makkah Region will be of benefit to all affiliates of government bodies in the Region. The duration of the course is 3 days. Five more seats have been allocated for UQU affiliates in addition to the University’s predetermined share.
