Dean of Consulting Research and Studies Institute (CRSI) at Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Ali bin Mohamed Al-Shaari signed on Wednesday September 20, 2017 a training works agreement with the Institute of Manuscripts and Revival of Islamic Heritage represented by Dr. Adnan Al-Sharif and the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts (IAM) represented by Prof. Faisal Al-Hafian. The agreement signing ceremony was attended by the CRSI Vice Dean for Professional Accreditation Support Dr. Sahl bin Abdullah Waheeb.
The agreement is intended to implement training programs and specialized courses in the field of codicology and to concert efforts between the Institute and different parties to promote nation's service in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
Meanwhile, Dr. Al-Shaari explained that such cooperation comes to develop quality of work efficiency through specialized professional training and activation of partnership concept with local and international parties to achieve the Universty's goals in achieving excellence in serving the nation. He added that CSRI opens its gates and harnesses all potentials to serve the nation and contribute to building the Makkahan community in particular and the nation in general.
