The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Ma'touq Assas issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Mohamed bin Abdullah bin Swailih Al-Malki as the dean of Al-Laith University College for a term of two years as of 19/12/1438 H.
Assas commended the efforts exerted by the former dean, Dr. Hamid bin Ahmed Al-Shanbari, during his tenure, pointing out that Al-Shanbari contributed to developing education environment in Al-Laith governorate through direct supervision of establishment of a number of colleges and academic departments, relying on support from the government of the Custodian of the Two holy Mosques. Finally, he wished him success.
Later, he congratulated Dr. Al-Malki on his designation as the Dean of Al-Laith University College, stressing the importance of hard work to improve the educational system in Al-Laith governorate, and develop the work of the former dean, wishing him good luck and success.
In this respect, the former dean of Al-Laith University College, Dr. Hamid bin Ahmed Al-Shanbari, lauded the support and directives of the UQU president, which has had a positive impact on education system development, and contributed to equipping the college with labs and modern educational technologies, wishing success to the new dean, Dr. Al-Malki.
On his part, Al-Malki commended the UQU President for entrusting him with the designation of Dean of Al-Laith University College, reassuring he will do his utmost to exceed his expectations. He also lauded the efforts of the former dean, pointing out that he will develop these efforts in light of Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Plan 2020.
