Umm Al Qura University (UQU) concluded the 12th version of Mawhiba Summer Enrichment Program 2017 under slogan of "Where talent Grows" organized in collaboration with King Abdul-Aziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (MAWHIBA) for 91 students at the first and second year levels of secondary schools in the presence of Vice Dean of University Studies for Girls for Educational Affairs Prof. Shaikha bint Saud Ashour and the Head of Mawhiba Program Dr. Hiba bint Saeed Al-Amoudi. The event took place at King Abdul-Aziz support hall in Abdyia.
On this occasion, Dr. Al-Amoud said the program comes as an extension of the cooperation between Umm Al-Qura University and King Abdul-Aziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (MAWHIBA) so as to put the agreements signed between the two parties into force within the endeavors to bring about a qualitative leap for the female students at the cognitive and skill levels, in addition to achieving aspirations set to build a promising future based on the creative talents and intellectual abilities. She added that UQU is very keen to host such programs which serve the community in the first place and grow talents in the hearts of our sons and daughters.
At the conclusion, she said the program is implemented by specialized and executive work team.
