The Administrative Development has called upon university male and female employees including; administrative staff, technicians and health practitioners who have received approval notification for their postgraduate studies to submit their applications electronically via the administrative communication system from Dhul-Qe'dah 9 to 11, 1438 H and to attach their admission notification to complete the necessary arrangements.
On this regard, UQU Vice President who serves also as the Deputy Chairman of the Higher Committee for Administrative Development Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou said: as part of the keenness of UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas to boosting job performance of university male and female employees including; administrative staff, technicians and health practitioners to upgrade the administrative and academic system of the university, the new committee will embark on studying situations of the university affiliates who have received admission notification for the postgraduate studies programs in the coming year and to notify the competent departments in this regard to help the mentioned staff to start their studies at the specific time.
He went on to add that the committee creation minutes signed by the UQU President includes a number of regulations regarding internal and external scholarship for the university employees in an endeavor to provide the university employees with several skills through the higher educational programs and the university and training studies which will contribute to achieving administrative development and addressing current and future challenges in such manner which serves comprehensive development issues in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030, given that raising the educational and training quality is one of the essential components of preparing the human competencies, boosting employees performance in the administrative field and increasing their productivity in an endeavor to upgrade the educational and administrative system in the university.
For his part, the Director of Administrative Development Unit Mr. Fahad Al-Sharif said application will be received starting from next Thursday to define real educational and training requirements of each employees in all fields in accordance with the nature of the work assigned to them and provide them with the scholarship and training opportunity in the proper fields based on specific and clear implementation mechanism pointing out that applications submission will take place electronically via the administrative communication system.
Concluding his speech, he lauded keenness attached by the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas to the administrative development of the university employees. He also lauded support and follow-up of UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou to all works of the unit thus leading to boosting administrative skills.
