President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas received at his office on Monday Ramadan 3, 1438 H the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education Prof. Khalid Barqawi, Dean of University Development and Quality Dr. Mohamed Jaafar Thabit and Dr. Khalid Ahmed Mustafa Hagar to review strategic plan assessment of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Khalid Hagar made an introductory presentation about the strategic plan of the college which was launched in Muharam 1437 H and briefed the meeting about the most important sides of the assessment and steps and measures to be taken in this regard, Allah willing.   

For his part, the Dean of the College Prof. Khalid Barqawi said such steps come within the endeavors of the college to assess its strategic plan so as  to participate within the components of the university and the community in achieving the ambitious future developmental goals efficiently and effectively. He added that a higher committee was shaped to assess the plan and review views of the assessment sub-committees on each theme of the plan and set necessary arrangements to organize a workshop to discuss these themes and come out with the needed recommendations and proposals to implement and update the strategic plan. He went on to add that all tasks are expected to finish be Muharam 1439 H.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Barqawi lauded support and attention paid by the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas to all the activities and programs of the college.
