Consulting Research & Studies Institute Participates in 17th Hajj Meeting

The Institute of Consulting Research and Studies participated in the 17th Hajj and Umrah Researches Scientific Meeting organized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), and launched on Wednesday, 14th Shaaban 1438H at Taibah University in Madinah. The Meeting was held under the generous patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Moreover, it was honored by the presence of HRH Prince Muhammad bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz (Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior, Chairman of the Higher Committee of Hajj and Chairman of the Higher Supervisory Committee of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research). In addition, the event was attended by Dr. Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Isa, Minister of Education, as well as a number of people of Excellence, officials and interested researchers participating in the Meeting from Saudi universities, academic institutes and parties concerned with the affairs of Hajj and Umrah. It is worth mentioning that preparations for such great event that served pilgrims and visitors to the House of Allah started early in order for it to appear in the appropriate form.

During the event, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al –Shaeri, Dean of the Institute of Consulting Research and Studies, appreciated the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' concern with providing permanent care to the pilgrims and visitors and generous support for improving the level of services offered to them to perform their rituals easily and safely. Moreover, Dr. Al –Shaeri said that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research was striving intensely and thoughtfully to improve the services provided to the pilgrims in the Two Holy Mosques through the provision of studies and research to achieve such objective.

Dr. Al –Shaeri added that with the generous follow-up of Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) the Institute of Consulting Research and Studies was seeking, through its various activities, to involve actively in achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's KSA Vision 2030 to promote society, the economy of Makkah in particular and the homeland in general.

Finally, the Dean of the Institute extended deep thanks and gratitude to Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) for his active follow-up of the Institute's activities and his unlimited support.
