President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas held a meeting on Monday evening Sha'ban 12, 1438 H with the members of the sub-committees of the 17th Hajj and Umrah forum in Madinah. Present in the meeting were Dean of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research  Dr. Sami Barhamain, Vice Dean of the Institute in Madinah Dr. Ahmed Qadi, Secretary General of the organizing committee Dr. Turki bin Habibullah, and members of the committees.  

During the meeting, Dr. Assas reviewed the latest arrangements and preparations made by the committees, mechanism of receiving the guests, halls arrangements and preparations, besides the forum's leaflets and brochures.

He also praised all steps and arrangements taken for the success of the forum's activities and lauded the attention paid by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince to the pilgrims, Umrah Doers and visitors of the Two Holy Msoques.
