In celebration of the Saudi National Day, corresponding to Thursday, 23 September 2021 A.C., the Department of Mathematics organized a series of activities in the department. The activities were held today, Sunday, 19 Safar 1443 A.H., corresponding to 26 September 2021 A.C., under the supervision of the Deputy Head of the Department. The academic staff members attended, and the students of the department participated actively.
Beautiful gifts and distributions bearing the manifestations and symbols of the celebration of the National Day were prepared. Moreover, brochures having valuable content were produced in which the students expressed their love, loyalty and belonging to the country. Feelings of pride in the history and heritage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia spread throughout the department in an atmosphere of joy and pleasure.
In addition, the Department of Mathematics organized a competition entitled: "The Most Beautiful Painting and the Best Video Clip", which is open until 28 Safar 1443 A.H., corresponding to 5 October 2021 A.C. The department has prepared a set of valuable prizes for the winners, who will be announced after the entries have been sorted.
