The Head of Media Department at Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Mohamed Hendiah chaired the first session of the 8th International Visual Media Forum organized by the Higher Commission for Visual Media at Holiday Inn Hotel in Makkah under the theme: " Community stability and its importance in Islamic Sharia".
The session included several themes such as "Purposeful Media and Countering of Terrorism and Extremism", by Vice President of Imam Mohamed bin Saudi Islamic University for female students Affairs Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Hilyal, " Media Task and Responsibility in Achieving Community Stability", by Professor of Political Media at Imam Mohamed bin Saudi Islamic University Dr. Mohamed Al-Bishr, " Purposeful Media and the fight Against all types of Intolerance", by Dr. Al-Khidir Abdul Bagi, and "Purposeful Media and Combating of Extremism", by Dr. Fahad Al-Ghofaili.
